No. We are pretty good at what we do. We have a 100% moneyback guarantee where we fall short of our standards. For this reason, we only accept and process orders that have fully been paid for.

At the moment, we require that the customer allows us 2-3 business days before we dispatch their orders. After dispatching, it will take between 12-48 hrs (depending on how far from Nairobi you are) before you can receive your order.

We offer different customer-specific delivery methods including but not limited to riders, PSV couriers, G4S, Wells Fargo, Sendy, Pick-up mtaani, free Nairobi CBD delivery, our pick-up location, and many more. Sometimes a customer will propose how they want to receive their package and we will use the proposed method.

No. For customer protection, convenience, among other reasons, we only accept orders that are made through our website www.myfit.co.ke.

We only accept payments through our M-Pesa paybill number 4040035 where our business name is listed as MYFIT. In cases where the order number is not available, we accept a customer's name as the account number. We will never ask you to send payment to a personal number.
